41 Canadian Brigade Group is the Army formation consisiting of Alberta's 1200 Army Reserve soldiers.

Reserve soldiers are members of the Canadian Forces that have the choice to serve on a full-time or a part-time basis.

The Brigade Group consists of nine units, located in Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Red Deer and now Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
